Just got 60K service on my 2017 430i. Not cheap, but comprehensive service done by real BMW expert mechanics to keep my car going strong for another year and beyond. You get what you pay for. No hard sell for extra work like at a dealership. Just top notch service for what my BMW really needed. And the customer service and communication is always great from the J&F service rep Charlie.

I've been taking my Volvo XC60 to J&F for as long as I have owned it and they have always taken amazing care of me and my vehicle. Shoddy work. Took my Mini for an oil change. Few days later I noticed oil spots on my driveway. The car was leaking oil all over the place. Never had that before. Took it back for repair, which they did. Still, not the level of attention you’d expect from “specialists” in BMW/Mini.
